Need help with PPT design for the GSF MeetUp community in Spain

Hi @Jenya-design,
My name is Rut Palmero. I'm a volunteer at the MeetUp GSF community in Spain. I plan to organise the first meeting in february, to find other volunteers that would be interested in joining the project. Kirsty @bryaki02 told me that you can help me with the design. I don't need anything special, actually, if you have a PPT template with the branding of the GSF that I can use, it will be enough. I've always being very clumsy when it comes to design, so any help will be welcomed.

I'll be happy to help, please give me a couple of days to organize and share materials
I think they'll be useful for other Meetup groups too. It'll be a huge help if you could give me the outline of your presentation / table of contents
We have quite a lot of design materials - presentation templates, illustrations and icons, so I would like to pick and share the templates that might be useful for you. Otherwise it might be overwhelming

Thanks for replying so fast. It is wonderful that you are going to share material with the Meetup organisers. This is the ppt that I'll use. I'll remove it once you have it.
Let us know how you plan to share it with us. So far we just have a Slack channel.

I'll upload the materials to this Google drive folder, template will be made in Google Slides
There's no materials there yet, please let me know if you have any issues with access

Depending on your needs you can share the link to the template (please make a copy before you modify Google Slides template)
or download as PPT file (though it might lead to some issues with fonts, I would not recommend that)
My recommendation is to copy the Google Slides template, make there all the adjustments you need and if you need to share it as a file, download as pdf. Does that make sense?

@rutpal please check this the presentation template there's a variety of slides you can adjust for your needs. Please make a copy of entire presentation before you edit. You can use other materials from this Google drive folder in case you need additional illustrations, icons or SGF logo. Let me know if you have any questions

Thanks a lot @Jenya-design . This is too good!! I wish I could do it myself ;) I have scheduled the "Day 0" MeetUp meeting for the Spanish community on the 20th february, and I have already more than 50 people interested, so at least I'll show a proper presentation.
By the way, can I share the folder with the other Comunity supervisors? On our Slack channel. I guess the link is accesible to them.
