Description of issue

Trying to figure out if bottled gnu-tar 1.34 have localized prompts (so, links against some libintl and depends on gettext, see Homebrew/homebrew-core#155992). My bottle mirror only provides the current version as plain downloads, and my system is too old for brew to willingly use a bottle. After looking through discussion about mirroring bottles, I found these with brew info gnu-tar --json:

However neither my browser nor curl gets to download that.

Using brew fetch --os big_sur --tag 1.34 gnu-tar gets me warning that Options --os and --bottle-tag are mutually exclusive. brew fetch --tag 1.34 downloads the source, and brew fetch --os big_sur downloads the 1.35 bottle. I finally checked out the 1.34 formula and brew fetch --os big_sur gnu-tar to download the 1.34 bottle. Still want to ask if there's another solution.
