Hi there,

issue is i am unable to install any package or update any package.

Looks like a permissions issue, but can't really tell the details from the output given.

You'll have a much better time if you installed Homebrew into /usr/local, e.g. using the install script with

/bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/HEAD/install.sh)"

If you install Homebrew into /usr/local then you'll be able to use bottles (pre-compiled binary packages), which will save you from having to build packages from source (which seems to be the source of your problems here).
