Description of issue

Upgrading or installing Imagemagick fails - either directly or as a dependency of another package. The error message is

Error: imagemagick: SHA-256 mismatch

To retry an incomplete download, remove the file above.

removing existing downloads using brew cleanup -s makes no difference.

This means the upstream archive was changed since it was originally released. Please open an issue with the ImageMagick project requesting confirmation that the change was legitimate. If so, we can update the formula.

Upstream has confirmed the change, so this will be fixed by Homebrew/homebrew-core#235399.
