Description of issue

Everytime I run brew upgrade I am getting this error:
Error: Couldn't find manifest matching bottle checksum.

Tried cleaning cache brew cleanup --prune=all rm -rf "$(brew --cache)" but noting worked. Is anyone else facing the same?
