Requirements to contribute to brew-core GitHub workflows?

Hello,

I would like to contribute to exactly this part of the PR labelling workflow (https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/806bf4b26f47cdc6c2e53c5fbaf344d2a744f165/.github/workflows/triage.yml#L133-L456). More precise, I would like to add the manpage(https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/issues?q=state%3Aopen%20label%3Amanpage) label into the auto labelling.

Since there are proper documentation for adding formulas, but not related to any procedure regarding creating pr's affecting core components, I would like to create this discussion if there are any special things I need to know (mostly regarding the contributor rules) before opening a pr targeting this file.

You can always make a pull request. Not really sure what the point of the label would be, but I guess we'll discuss it in the pull request
