Can it update Windows 7 Professional?

Hi. I have a PC running Windows 7 Professional that is unable to receive updates any more. I assume it's because of the change to SHA256 hashes. Can I fix this with LegacyUpdate?

The README mentions that Microsoft stopped supporting Windows 7, but then doesn't say if LegacyUpade is compatible with it. So I'm not sure.

If I run Windows Update it says there are 4 important updates, When I try to install them it errors out with 80070476 (unknown error) and 80246007 (The update has not been downloaded).
