All we knows about bugs in Legacy Update 1.10
So future suggestions. Example XP/Vista need some proxy
And best was TLS 1.2/1.3 to work back all good.
So I don't know how XP but Vista/7 don't need app Legacy Update to much, because it turn only IE. From XP work Supermium (if i remember good). And Vista/7 100% can disable IE. So i would see options Enable WU / with update other Microsoft products as separate option, proxy server too especially where is need (separate from app Legacy Update) for don't remove when remove app. Next it is some turn TLS option with install. And maybe sha 2 (nice see to Vista too) separate too options.

Next you have something seriously with all server update.
That need verification.
And that lags, bsods or bootloops etc need fix too.
