Fix and update for Microsoft security essentials for vista and 7

Hi I have the required update and the microsoft security essentials app and got it to work on vista thanks to reddit forums and Devs on Github if you would like me to upload it so you can put them on legacy update plus microsoft windows live essentials 2011 then let me know it's great to keep the old OS's running for many people. Just not sure how to upload the zip

I agree that this should be done, currently WU/LU downloads the "Express" version of the Windows Essentials/Windows Live Essentials installer on XP/VIsta/7, and it fails because the servers that that installer tries to download from are dead (or the files have been removed). So the installers should be replaced with an offline version that works.

As for Microsoft Security Essentials, that has always worked for me (the program itself, definitions are a different story) because I believe Windows Update downloads an offline installer for that. Definitions don't work because it tries to download the latest version of them that doesn't run on Windows XP/Vista anymore.

But I still agree than (if/when it's possible) this should automatically be done by Legacy Update.
