Autofill Name and Start conversation

Hello team,

I'm using WordPress as the main site and the access is forced via the login (custom login with Bricks).
I also use a osTicket platform and it is linked with WordPress with OAuth2, so all users use 1 credentials for both sites.

It is possible to have an autologin or autofill the name of the user or email address?
As when the users starts the conversation, it will automatically fill the name and when Ticket is created (via the osTicket plugin for LHC) it will assign it to the correct user ?

What you need is just to pass logged visitor variables via https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/custom-fields-and-prefill

You can pass everything e-mail, nick, or any internal user id...
