Unable to run Sunshine on Nobara Linux 42

Hello! I want to preface this by saying:
A: I'm incredibly new to Linux, but I'm learning quickly so please be patient
B: I hope but I'm unsure if I'm asking for help in the right place so if I'm not please direct me to where I can actually get support.

I'm unable to run sunshine (Version 2025.924.154138) on Nobara Linux 24 Installed via FlatPost to system
On the Sunshine webhost, I'm getting the errors:

Fatal: You must run [sudo setcap cap_sys_admin+p $(readlink -f $(which sunshine))] for KMS display capture to work! If you installed from AppImage or Flatpak, please refer to the official documentation: https://docs.lizardbyte.dev/projects/sunshine/latest/md_docs_2getting__started.html#linux
Fatal: Unable to find display or encoder during startup.
Fatal: Please check that a display is connected and powered on. 

Having followed the provided link in this error, I successfully executed the additional installation command (flatpak run --command=additional-install.sh dev.lizardbyte.app.Sunshine)
However upon trying to run the "Run with KMS Capture" command I receive the following error from the console:

bwrap: Can't find source path /run/user/1000/pulse/native: Permission denied

Perhaps not the correct course of action, but if I replace "$(id -u $whoami)" with my active username, it outputs the same errors and log I get from the Sunshine webhost

I can't tell if that's a typo or just slang I don't understand

I installed it using the method you linked and it still seems to be the same issue

setcap isn't needed for our RPM because we set the capabilities in the rpm spec here: https://github.com/LizardByte/Sunshine/blob/eb72930a8ef40b19843e92e745c2bfcdc13baea1/packaging/linux/copr/Sunshine.spec#L311

For flatpak it's impossible to setcap.

After restarting my PC and initializing sunshine via the console, it's working!

Although, and sorry to semi-change the topic
when I initialize sunshine through the console, it appears the console has to remain open in order for sunshine to work

Is there any way to initialize it at startup and have it run in the background with how it's installed?
