I tried Sunshine on Windows when it didn't work on Linux, works absolutely fine with my client (a Nintendo Wii U with Moonlight installed). I can't get it working on Linux for more than 5 seconds, even tried to set the timeout for a bigger time so it wouldn't drop connection, and tinker a bit with the bitrate and MTU, but it just crashes on me every few seconds.
It's correctly configured, I can display audio and video on my console, touch works, game pad works (when it works), but the connection keeps dropping each 5 seconds or so. There aren't no connection issues with my console and the router since it works absolutely fine on Windows 10 (did a 1 hour long gaming session on Steam and tested various actions like web browsing and streaming videos), even if the console is connected through LAN or WiFi it just doesn't work on Linux. I even tried to manually open Sunshine/Moonlight needed ports but it's irrelevent since it's a local network (LAN).
Additional Info:
OS: Gentoo Linux x86_64
Kernel: 6.17.7-gentoo-dist
Encoder: VAAPI AMDGPU RX 6600XT
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X - 32GB RAM
Install: Installed Sunshine with system's packager (tried with AppImage and building Sunshine myself too)
Client is connected through WiFi (Moonlight, Nintendo Wii U). Same client works on Windows without issues.
There's nothing that seems too important in logs, but I can provide them. This log is from a session that disconnected a few seconds ago:

Question
There's nothing that seems too important in logs, but I can provide them. This log is from a session that disconnected a few seconds ago:
