Authentication LDAP error login/create user

Hello guys !

I try to set an external authentication. I can retrive my users and groups by using "Look up External Authentication Groups".

After adding the group, i can't login to the appliance with each type of username

• domain\username
• username@domain
• username
  

And i would like to know how if its possible to made a persistent connection between the Self Service and the Administration or not ?

I can't find other log than "Authentication Failed", i keep look into it !

Just i find something a bit disturbing, this is normal to find two " \ " when i use domain\username :

It's seems the same but for this case there is no user created when i tried to authenticate myself with a new group, search with the same username.

And i search a bit more this morning in logs, the only thing i can find it's Authentication failed for userid xxxxx and again i tried the three kind of username and same error.

I keep searching for this issue it's pretty important for me to made this work
And feel free to ask me some details i probably miss something.

I can use each type of username to retrieve my groups, when i try to login to create the user, i saw no communication through sssd logs in contrary when i use the retrieve everything communicate well

And each 5min i saw an Authentication failed with no userid, and i don't know where is come from.
I've tried to change some advanced settings in the part ":authentication:" like debug true but without success

I think it's failed before trying to communicate but i can't find why or where, i keep looking into it
