ChargeBack report not showing anything

According to the documentation we need to create a chargeback filter in order to generate a report. But I had never tagged any deployed VM's until now. So I just tagged one of the VM to Environment => Production and tried to generate report and the output is still empty. Any idea how this works?

I just tagged a VM. Should I wait for a while or something wrong? The VM is running for a long period but it was not tagged until now.

Is it only the preview that isn't working, or if you create the report and run it, does it work?

Not just preview. I get the error No records found for this report when generating reports.

Documentation says the Base the report on should be chargeback but we don't have such options. But I did test Chargeback for VMs and Chargeback for Configured Systems
