I can imagine that there are several who are interested in an appliance that can be provided with the latest security patches.
Since CentOS Stream 8 is no longer supported, you will not receive any updates.
I managed to easily convert the appliance to Almalinux version 8.
Version 8 will have active support until 31 May 2024, and security support until 31 May 2029.

Wow that's awesome. FWIW, the current radjabov branch is on CentOS Stream 9 / UBI 9, and we hope to be releasing that relatively soon.
