cli: nilup update usage text misleading

The update command is supposed to Update nilup but it actually updates the SDK and nilup.

  install            Install a version of the Nillion SDK
  uninstall          Uninstall a version of the Nillion SDK
  use                Set a global version of the Nillion SDK to be used
  list-available     List available versions of the Nillion SDK
  list-installed     List installed versions of the Nillion SDK
  update             Update nilup
  instrumentation    Enable/Disable instrumentation
  shell-completions  Generate shell completions
  help               Print this message or the help of the given subcommand(s)

Options:
  -h, --help     Print help
  -V, --version  Print version

SDK version latest already installed
Reinstalling SDK version latest
Installing SDK bins version latest
Downloading latest/nillion-sdk-bins-aarch64-apple-darwin.dmg
SDK version latest installed

Also, it does not output which version or commit ID is being upgraded from/to.

Also, this happened immediately after.

Suggestion: call nilup --version on the old binary and the new binary.

Additionally, if nilup --version on the "new" binary returns non-0, abort update and rollback, provide info to user on how to report a regression.
