This is not a general issue/bug. The point is:

  1. Device Firmware Updates will only be transferred to devices if the CCU/RaspberryMatic DutyCycle is < 50%. Ergo, constant DutyCycle > 50% => No Device firmware updates will ever reach the devices. Or the other way around: Device firmware uploads will only happen at times where DutyCycle is < 50%.
  2. When you reboot your CCU/RaspberryMatic the whole device firmware upload will restart from scratch. Thus, if you update/reboot your CCU/RaspberryMatic every few weeks you will never reach the state where 100% of the device firmware would be uploaded to the devices.
