how to deal with duplicate addresses?

• I expect addresses to be unique within region, street, number, postcode which is the case for Berlin DE-BE
• this is not the case for Netherlands
• I run this duckdb query:

select *
from read_parquet('s3://overturemaps-us-west-2/release/2024-11-13.0/theme=addresses/type=address/*',
                 hive_partitioning = 1)
where country = 'NL'
 and bbox.xmin between 4.4644556 and 4.4646556 -- 4.4645556 51.9178829
 and bbox.ymin between 51.9177829 and 51.9179829

it returns duplicate rows that are different only in id, geometry and bbox. for example number 21A
yet when I look at the map at https://explore.overturemaps.org/#20/51.9178505/4.4643502
I see only one number 21A.
How can I figure out which address is the correct address?
