Deleting Member Zones when the Consumer gets deleted

Hi! I just noticed, if I delete the CONSUMER zone via the PDNS API, the member zones do not get deleted.

I just wonder if this was not thought about, or if this is on purpose. Anyways, it should be defined what is the defined behavior when deleting the consumer, and then clearly add the definition to https://doc.powerdns.com/authoritative/catalog.html#supported-catalog-versions

Actually I am not sure what it the better behavior. When PDNS keeps the members, that might be "safe" if someone deletes the consumer zone by mistake. On the other hand, the member zones keep the catalog setting. So if for example 1 month later a new consumer zone with the same but different members get added, the orphaned members get deleted.
