auto download mods when making new modpack

select mods (like sodium, lithium, iris, mouse tweaks, ect.)
then whenever u make a new instance it tries to download those mods
the list of mods could be different for modloaders or just a global list where it checks if it is compatible or not
could also make this work with resourcepacks/shaderpacks as well
