Cannot log into my microsoft account.

once i try to log into my account it says "You're now signed in to Prism Launcher. You can now safely close this window." but then i go back to the launcher and all it does is add another "No Minecraft Profile". This is my first time downloading it and I can't figure it out please help. I am on windows with latest update.

In your case I would suggest to login using the official launcher once or to login in the browser to set up your account first.

Hi I got it to work I was using my Xbox account when I have it on my other account I ended up using my Gmail and not my outlook and it worked. :) Orlando Perez
