For native mobile or desktop app that does not involve backend. And UX is not an issue. When you need a developer agent who is not focused on UX like "frontend", but expert in native application development with focus on issues like Swift thread concurrency, or Android GC performance specifics, how to use sqlite or some other database for storage on device, and generally things that specific to native app development?
Anyone done this and how?
