Is it possible to use SC without sub agents?

I've noticed sub agents are token devouring monsters and slower than simply doing it in the main process. Can you leverage the other parts of SC without it using sub agents at its core?

If claude choose to spawn an agent regarding the context of the prompt, we have no way to prevent it.
You can always add no subagent in your prompt along the command, and maybe we could add a flag to handle it.
But in the mean time you could remove agents if you are not using them.
