Hey everyone 👋
I'm Wilson, founder of Black Swan Labs and independent AI researcher.
I spent 13 months building SovereignCore — a 620+ agent AI operating system that runs entirely on a Mac Mini M4. No cloud. No vendor lock-in. Full local inference. Air-gap capable.
I also developed MoIE (Mixture of Inversion Experts) — a breakthrough generation framework that systematically inverts domain assumptions to find solutions nobody is searching for. Validated across 23+ domains. Published on Zenodo under MIT license.
I'm self-taught. GED. Learned from YouTube. Built this alone while raising kids.
I'm here because I believe sovereign AI isn't a niche interest — it's survival infrastructure. And I want to find the other builders who see it the same way.
