Update 1.0

We've made a few changes to the server:

• We've moved suggestions to a GitHub discussion, archiving the Discord channel. This helps make sure conversation stays relevant, and more organised
• We're now adding semantic version numbers to updates, because why not?
• #suggestions, #boosters-paradise, #go, and #clojure have been archived due to inactivity
• The "Getting Started" category has been split into 2 smaller categories: "Important" for rules and announcements, and "Getting Started" for welcome, introductions, and get-roles
• The default discord welcome message now shows in #general to make it easier to join a conversation
• Disboard invite links now point to #general rather than #welcome

We're looking to make as many positive changes as possible, so if you have any suggestions let us know in the Discussions!
