@mzch , I've just tested by downloading the release from the URL in the description and running it using bash trilium.sh on two different devices (NixOS and Debian) and it appears to work fine.

Are you using a different method to start the server? Maybe something has changed.
Try also a Ctrl+Shift+R to bypass any potential cache issues.

Wow, sorry, I can load server screens sucessfully after I deleted my browser cache completely. Thanks @eliandoran !
