"Recovered" Notes

So,

I've got a number of notes that evidently got lost and appeared at the bottom of the tree as "recovered".

Some I drag back where they belong, but they still say "recovered"

Two are as shown here:

Can't do anything with them. Don't know what they are.

Here's what I get, when I right click on them:

So,

1. How do I get rid of "recovered" in the ones I've moved, and
2. How do I get rid of the other two completely?

You can remove the recovered prefix by selecting the note in the tree and press F2 (or context menu Advanced > Edit branch prefix).
