[Widget] Collapsible Sections & Lists

The ability to collapse / expand bullet points and sections has been brought up several times in the past (#947, #1850), including a discussion here, and is something I wanted myself. The path to implement it in a persistent way, however, has been unclear. But recently I figured out a way to get it working, and was advised to create a discussion here so we can talk more about it!

Feedback is very much appreciated! This widget is still new and needs input from people who will think about and use it in a different way than I do. I've tried to add some customizable options for people who prefer different styles, but I likely haven't thought of everything.

Amazing work! If this stays reliable long-term, it could replace most of what I use an outliner-style editor for.
However, it feels a bit buggy right now—after using it for a while, I honestly get nervous about clicking the toggle because I’m worried it might break something. If you can prioritize fixing the toggle-related bugs, it’d make this much easier to trust for daily use.

Thanks! If you could better describe the buggy behavior you're running into, that would be great!
Unfortunately, there are some limitations I encountered with the editor that may be unavoidable, but I'll do my best to get around what I can. I assume most issues would be related to collapsible section headings, rather than lists, since note sections aren't clearly defined on an app-level (but sub-lists are).

That being said, the actual data content of your notes should never be at risk. The code never removes any content from notes; it only adds or removes inert custom info that this widget uses to identify which elements should be hidden. Worst case scenario, disabling the widget will automatically show everything that was hidden again. If note content is somehow ever removed let me know ASAP; that should not be possible.
