I've been trying to reach them for two weeks concerning

The sync won't work if the DB version is different, even if the same protocol version (in your case the client expects 234, not 232). Try to contact [trilium.cc](https://trilium.cc/#contact) to see why your server instance is not auto-updating to newer versions.

But how can I reach them to get this fixed?

Matthew admin@trilium.cc used to work, still seems to be suggested on their website, but gets no response.

My iOS devices still see their server and sort-of sync changes back to my local PC, the server is still alive. Just mis-configured.

Hi,

I suppose the partial sync works because both versions have the same sync version, but they have different database versions so it can fail.

Indeed, it's up to @sigaloid to update the server. Perhaps they are on a vacation or the email got filtered.
Let's see if he sees my mention.

Not much we can do from our side, unfortunately, as trilium.cc is a third-party service.

Today I updated my local Trilium and now sync fails even from my Linux app. So it is not just the iOS web versions that need updating. The trilium.cc site says they update every day - apparently not.

Hi, I am having the same problem here. Considering this is 3 weeks old, has he responded to you since then? The server is on version 0.98.1.
