Formatted Guids are not being scrubbed

I have objects with the following structure. Some Guids are being scrubbed and others (particularly those formatted using Guid.ToString("N") are not. I'm pretty sure this used to work but it currently isn't

The value of the Id property of the ComponentDefinition is not being scrubbed, leading to failing tests on subsequent runs.

It seems to be conditional depending on the structure of the data. For instance the following data is similar but the same property is being scrubbed.

The difference is the list is flattened rather than nested as in the example above.
