Add more control over client

Hello! Thank you for this awesome project.I’d like to request 3 features that would make it even more powerful for network administrators:
Client Data Usage Limits
Ability to set a maximum data quota per client (e.g., 5 GB/month). Once the limit is reached, the client could be automatically blocked or throttled.
Client Domain Monitoring (Privacy-Respectful)
A lightweight way to monitor which domains (not full URLs or content) each client is accessing — similar to viewing DNS queries in Wireshark. This would help with usage tracking while respecting user privacy (no credentials or deep packet inspection).
Per-Client Domain Blocking
Add a way to block access to specific domains for individual clients. This would be useful for enforcing basic browsing restrictions without needing full firewall rules.
