Feature request:Support poedit editor

Describe the problem

Currently, poedit cannot edit, download, log in to an account, or upload translations on the Weblate platform.
It is recommended to add the aforementioned support to the poedit editor. For specific reasons, please refer to the feature request below.

Currently, poedit cannot edit, download, log in to an account, or upload translations on the Weblate platform.

All this is already supported in the Weblate API.

In case something specific is missing, please create an issue describing the needed API improvements; we're happy to help with implementing that.
