Login problem

I have lost my 2FA security key and can no longer access my Weblate account.
Please help me recover or disable 2FA for my account.

I don't understand how to do it. I can't log in to hosted.weblate.org because I accidentally deleted the security key and can't get it back.

I wrote to them but they didn't respond. I wrote twice. 😌 In Turkey, support requests are answered immediately. I've noticed that in other countries, they take a long time to respond or don't respond at all.

I sent another request to the support team 10 days ago, but unfortunately I haven't received a response yet.
By the way, the website says you are the administrator. Can you resolve this issue?
