Slow to upload video in Vdo

Why is it so slow to upload a video in the vdo section?

I uploaded a 50mb video but it takes forever

I recently installed AMS, I already checked my internet connection (300mb), the vps server without cpu or memory problems.

I don't know what I'm missing or where to look to solve this file upload problem.

The attached image of the AMS console, the details of the VPS I use are 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 40 GB Disk local, also at the VPS level its consumption is less than 20%

I was comparing uploading video, in AMS via vod a 59MB file takes 6 minutes, while uploading it in DRIVE Google takes 30 seconds, I don't know if Ant media server does anything with the video, I really don't know. I'm trying a small 3-minute video, now imagine hours-long videos, it must be terrible to wait for days.

It doesn't just happen to me, I have read a lot on the forum and YouTube about this problem.

What can you recommend for this type of problem, some adjustment at the platform level, the videos must meet requirements, I would greatly appreciate it.

The Ant Media Server does not edit the video in any way in case you are uploading via VOD, I believe that your server spec's are the reason the upload is slow. I hope this helps

It can't be the server, I have another VoD video streaming platform and it uploads fast, maybe there is a configuration in AMS that I'm missing, thanks anyway

The best diagnostic to check is to test the bandwidth between two points.

For example; with iperf3 tool

On server side : iperf3 -s
On client side : iperf3 -c your-server-ip

This allows you to test the speed between your computer and the server.
