Buzzing audio with web publisher

I am using the latest version 2.12 with the stock default setup i have changed no config options. if i use obs to stream to the server everything works fine in the player video and perfect audio, however when i use the sample webrtc web publisher i am getting good video but a super loud audio buzz that passes no audio through. I am running this on ubuntu 24.04 in a virtual machine off my windows host the VM has 8gig ram and 4 cpus. previously with this same setup on my cloud host with 2cpu and 8gig ram i had no issues. I am unable to figure out how to resolve this at this time. I am using the community edition at this time.

Thanks for creating issue. We need more investigation on the issue. Let me convert this to a github discussion so that we can investigate it more. Then we may create issue if we figure out the problem.
