Hi!
I would like to discuss what I'm doing wrong, so I wanted to start anycable server in docker. But got error when anycable container starting:

Catching error inside the gem

As you can see in the beginning of my message log "+++" exists, but "---" not.

More context: this happening on ruby:3.2.2-alpine docker image.
On ruby:3.2.2-slim-bullseye everything is working (at least starting successfully).

Would be great to fix this. If not feel free to close this thread.

Okay, thanks for this important detail.

It's hard to tell what exactly goes wrong but it's definitely lies somewhere inside the grpc or google-protobuf gem C extensions.

Try building C extensions from scratch by adding force_ruby_platform: true to the gems in your Gemfile:

gem "google-protobuf", force_ruby_platform: true

(NOTE: it may be painfully slow)
