Issues with Metadata Search on Stored Completions in Azure AI Foundry Portal

When attempting to search metadata associated with stored completions in the Azure AI Foundry portal, the key-value search functionality does not return results as expected. For instance, searching for role=user yields no results, whereas searching for role='user' triggers the following error:
