Prompt Flow Deployment Fails with 400 Connection Error Using Managed Identity

Hi @everyone
I’m currently working on a Prompt Flow that I’d like to deploy through an endpoint so it can be accessed from another application. However, when I attempt the deployment, I receive a 400 error related to connections.

I used Managed Identity for the deployment and granted the necessary access to all relevant resources (container registry, storage account, Azure AI Foundry project, etc.).

I’m not sure what’s causing the issue, so any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @MLBgh,
Could you try to remove the endpoint and start over again? If it is still not working, please provide the full error message text.

Beyond this troubleshooting, we will be deprecating prompt flow soon. My guidance would be to consider adopting Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Microsoft Agent Framework to do any workflows or orchestration.
