The Agent Builder from Open AI seems to be the same as ML Prompt Flow which is a solid solution in Foundry environment.
Meanwhile, it seems that Autogen, just merged with Semantic Kernel, is also the same.
Is there a reason for not using ML Prompt Flow? What am I missing? What scenario would be covered only by the new Semantic Kernel + Autogen and not by ML prompt flow?
