Technical Feedback
In the Azure AI Foundry Model Catalog, the Sora 2 model has recently been released and is currently in Preview (see documentation). Unlike other models in Preview, the "Preview" badge does not appear on Sora 2’s Model Card in the catalog (see attached screenshot). However, the model is correctly marked as being in Preview in the License tab’s Terms & Conditions section (see attachment). For reference, I have also attached two screenshots showing the expected behavior for models in Preview, where the "Preview" badge is clearly displayed.
Desired Outcome
I would like Sora 2’s Model Card to display the "Preview" badge in the Model Catalog, consistent with other Preview models. This would help users immediately identify the model’s status and avoid any confusion. If possible, I suggest reviewing the Model Card rendering logic to ensure that the Preview label is shown for Sora 2, just as it is for other models in Preview.
Current Workaround
As a temporary workaround, I rely on the License tab to confirm that Sora 2 is in Preview by checking the Terms & Conditions. However, this is not as user-friendly or intuitive as seeing the badge directly on the Model Card. Here is an example of what I do:
This process is less efficient, especially for users who expect the Preview status to be immediately visible.
