Bottles runtime was requested but not found

Hello everyone, I've been trying to find a way to install ClipStudioPaint and after that probably other software for me to use and switch to Fedora Linux completely step by step from Windows, but I've been having issues.

I've had problems with ClipStudio working but ClipStudioPaint not working using wine, and I don't want to use the ancient version of CSP from snap that also cannot connect to the ClipStudio servers. And searching for solutions on WineHQ I found out about Bottles, and I installed the flatpak and gave it a shot. To no avail though. Every time I try to install a dependency for CSP I get a warning saying " Bottles runtime was requested but not found " and the program just indefinitely has the gear icon spinning until I force close the software.

Any help would be appreciated.
