Setup a device via Roccat Swarm possible?

Hello,

was anyone able to make Roccat Swarm run properly?

Installation and subsequent start works, but the corresponding device is not recognized (neither via BT, dongle, cable).

Would be really grateful to know if its even possible or just a human error on my end?
