What is the best approach to converting a wine directory into bottle one?

I am wondering how i could convert wine into bottles. For most part i need registry entries since program needs if this or that is installed.
Wondering best practice keeping sandbox in mind as well.

I know i can just copy files and folders but mostly asking if it will conflict with bottles ability to sandbox? And which files conflicts if that is the case. Example. system.reg, user.reg, userdef.reg, i am sure i need system.reg to avoid facing issues of components in app show as not installed or corrupt.

Got a perfect setup in wine and everything there. I just need sandbox and wine not being able to access root folder that is the goal of conversion.
