I js installed bottles and its not starting up

well im not that new to bottles ever since i switched to linux (i use arch) and i installed it again due to it crashing and etc.. and i installed bottles and when i run it, nothing shows up but in the task manager it shows its running and its taking 99% of the cpu power. i asked an a.i on what to do. and i did what it said. and the only thing that chnged is the cpu usage and it takes up to 24.8%....any idea on how to fix this?
