Magewire V3 support

Would be nice to be able to use Magewire V3 in Breeze, now it's public beta has been released. Would love to see what's needed to make it work.

Trying the beta, and it looks straightforward to implement. I'll open a PR later if you don't mind.

I'm struggling with csrfToken. In Breeze, we can't get it without loading the formKey and cookies components first.
I've tried using promise, and it kinda works, but if you do not interact with Livewire components until the promise is fulfilled 😃

As an idea, I could move formKey and cookies to the main bundle so they will be available for all inline scripts without the need to load them.

I wonder, how would you implement it in Luma? Maybe I could reuse your idea :)

p.s. I have some small feedback regarding module installation and integration with Breeze frontend:

1. Is illuminate/support: ^10.48 is required or can it be changed to: ^10.48 | ^11 | ^ 12? I had a conflict with swissup/module-ingition dependencies. For now, I removed swissup/module-ignition to install magewire.
2. Great idea with this console.debug. What do you think about changing it to console.log because default console settings don't show debug messages?

I've decided to allow using cookies and getFormKey in inline scripts without the need to load formKey component: breezefront/module-breeze@5b316a0

As an idea for async initialization in Luma. What do you think of wrapping this code into a custom magewire:livewire:loaded event callback:

document.addEventListener('magewire:livewire:loaded', () => {
    ...
});

By doing this, we can then trigger this event from the magewire.script block when Livewire is ready to use:

require(['formKey', '<?= livewireUrl ?>'], (formKey) => {
    ...
    document.dispatchEvent('magewire:livewire:loaded');
})

I hope this makes sense for Magewire.
