Can't log in to the Stalwart 0.16

With Bulwark v.1.6.2, I can log in to my Stalwart v.0.15, but I can't log in to Stalwart 0.16.

I have many mail accounts on my Stalwart v.0.15 running on my Unraid. I can log in to all the accounts with Bulwark.

On my VPS, I recently upgraded my Stalwart to v.0.16. The upgrade was successful because I can log in with my Snappymail webclient. However, I can't log in to the same accounts with Bulwark v.1.6.2. It always displays Invalid email or password. Please check your credentials and try again.

I'm sure I entered the correct passwords.

I inspect browser during login (I didn't see any log entries on Stalwart and Bulwark regarding this failed login.)

Ok. My bad.
I have to add other servers and their URLs during the first setup page so that when I add such accounts, I can choose which server that domain belongs to.

One bug I found, I can't seem to add another server on the admin page after I press +Add Server. It create a new blank line, but when I entered the first character, the line just disappeared.
