Instead of the many options under Settings / General / Language, Region and time:

Date format
Time format
First day of week

Why not just a selector for USA or rest or the world?

USA has mm/dd/yyyy 12:00 am/pm and Sunday
the rest of the world has dd/mm/yyyy 24:00 and Monday.

It really is this simple.

Please clarify: Do you mean to say that you are fine changing the defaults so Bulwark will use European defaults, or do you mean that you are fine changing the default values when you setup Bulwark?

maybe just read the browsers request headers to pre-select something meaningful from Accept-Language or HTTP_ACCEPT ?
