What's the difference between the Arguments and Configuration properties of ICakeContext?

ICakeContext has a Arguments property of type ICakeArguments and a Configuration property of type ICakeConfiguration.

What are they for and when should I use one or the other?

As far as I can see, Configuration has one of the values for each argument in Arguments except for the target argument.

Configuration has multiple sources, values are postprocessed, expanded, and divided into sections. ( https://cakebuild.net/docs/running-builds/configuration/ )

Arguments are command-line arguments.

I a solution to be expected soon, or should I put a workaround in place?

Someone will need to send a PR to Frosting with the couple of lines that need to change, that's up for grabs.

Then someone will need to review it, test and merge if nothing obvious blocks. Then it will go out whith the next release.

I also noted the the logic of the "winning" argument is the opposite of the one in the Argument<T> alias.
