Hello everyone, how are you?

I recently implemented a deployment on my VPS. I implemented Chatwoot + WhatsApp Cloud API.

However, we noticed that some conversations simply lose their conversation history.

We checked the application permissions on Facebook; system user permissions and also the Webhook settings. Everything is configured correctly.

Installed via portainer.io.
