Has anyone successfully gotten Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advanced access for self-hosted Chatwoot?

I’m running a self-hosted Chatwoot instance and trying to get advanced permissions from Meta (e.g., instagram_manage_messages, business_management, etc.) approved for my own app.
So far, my app review attempts have been rejected, and I’m running into the same issues others here have mentioned.

I’d like to hear from anyone who has gone through the process successfully — especially for a self-hosted environment — and is open to offering paid consulting services to help me get my own instance approved.

If you’ve done this and can guide me step-by-step (app setup, screencasts, test accounts, etc.), please reply here or DM me so we can discuss terms.

@rsantamaria01 You can refer this template for Instagram https://developers.chatwoot.com/self-hosted/instagram-app-review. The process is almost for messenger as well.

@muhsin-k Thanks for the link, I’ve already gone through that guide multiple times and unfortunately my submissions keep getting rejected by Meta.

At this point, I’m looking for someone who has successfully completed the review process for a self-hosted Chatwoot instance and can offer paid consulting to guide me step-by-step through getting my own app approved.
